4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
½ ripe banana
3/4 cup almond flour
¼-½ tsp stevia powder (or other sweetener of choice)
1-2 Tbsp water
Pinch of sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sea salt fakes for on top
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, add ½ of a ripe banana and mash with a fork. Add the almond flour, peanut butter powder, stevia powder (amount depending on how sweet you want it), vanilla extract (if using), water and sea salt. Mix together with a fork until it turns into dough.
Using a small cookie scooper, scoop and place the cookies on a lined baking pan. This recipe should make about 10 cookies. Add chocolate squares or chocolate chips to the top of each cookie if you want and press down to flatten slightly.
Put into the preheated and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool, sprinkle with sea salt flakes and enjoy!
