Keto Creamy Bolognese Linguine Pasta | dairy-free, gluten-free, low carb, sugar-free

This deliciously creamy Bolognese “Linguine” is dairy-free and keto approved with only 5g net carbs per serving! It is the perfect way to add extra veggies into your diet and only takes 20 minutes to make. It’s gluten-free, grain-free and full of flavor!

It can be hard to find a delicious Italian dish when you’re on a keto diet, so this recipe will be sure to take your tastebuds to Italy but keep your carbs low!

This recipe uses the amazing Mann’s Kohlrabi “linguine” veggie noodles! You can find a store near you that carries these noodles here!

Ingredients: 

1 lb ground beef (I used grass-fed ground beef)
1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2-1 tsp sea salt
Sprinkle of stevia or other sweetener of choice to sweeten (optional)
1 bag of Mann’s Kohlrabi “linguine”
1 cup of fresh spinach

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan, add the ground beef and cook it all the way through. Once it is cooked through, add garlic powder, salt, coconut milk, marinara sauce, stevia or other sweetener of choice (if using) and stir together. 

2. Add a bag of Mann’s Kohlrabi “linguine” to the sauce and continue to simmer for 15-20 minutes until the noodles are soft. 

3. Once the noodles are soft, mix in the spinach and cook for another minute.

4. Serve the pasta dish while it’s hot and top with fresh cracked salt and pepper. Enjoy!
